Hey there! I’m Lauren, and I’m a massage therapist at Abundant Health Ankeny. My journey with massage therapy began when I was just six years old, giving my mom shoulder rubs, and it turned into a lifelong passion. I absolutely love figuring out how to solve issues within muscles and understand how our bodies work. I’m always learning and honing my skills to be the best I can for my clients, and it brings me so much joy to see them leave feeling completely renewed and relieved.

When I’m not working, I cherish my time with my two amazing sons. We love to explore nature through walks, and I also enjoy diving into macrame and making jewelry.
